To request a return or exchange, you must email us at email@example.com. You must provide your order number, the reason why you must return/exchange, and current photos of the condition the clothes are in.
We will gladly accept items within 7 days after delivery. Packages returned to us in the condition it was given will automatically receive full store credit. The credit will be valid until the customer uses it towards their next purchase.
Any merchandise returned is expected to be, un-used, original tags attached, and without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, animal hairs(s), deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. If we receive any item(s) that show signs of wear, or odor, we reserve the right to deny any further exchange, refund, or store credit on the returned item(s).
