This virtual fitness challenge is designed to focus on your lower body and build your glutes naturally! The challenge will be a total of 10days Starting Monday October 3rd. All classes will be Monday-Friday 9am central time. All classes will have live access available via zoom. If by chance you miss the live workout, all classes will be recorded. The best body transformation will receive a $200 cash prize! 

Once you have made your payment download the GroupMe app. This app will be how we communicate throughout the entire challenge. It also is how you will receive the recordings. Upon payment which ever phone/ email you provided is the contact I’ll assume if for your group me.
